Terms and Conditions:
These are repacked samples in a duly sealed bag and they do not come in their original packaging. Purchase only if you are comfortable with this. Pethora or any of its stakeholders will not be held liable for any damages, claims, liability, illness or death arising from the repacked goods.

Repack dry food condition may or may not vary from its original

All warranties and guarantees will be nullified for repacked items

No parties will be held liable in the event for any damages, claims, liability that may arise from repacked or original items

Pethora is committed to high quality standards and samples are repacked in a clean and hygienic environment. Due to the same reason, we will not be able to cater to any exchanges

Whilst Pethora takes steps to ensure best practice on food handling, do note that certain products may contain potential allergens. It is the responsibility of the Pet Owner to consult with Pethora's team on the  sample's ingredients if his/her pet have any allergies.

In a situation where there is a request for refund, do note that all refund requests are assessed on a case by case basis.

Indemnity:
By purchasing, you agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless and defend Pethora, its subsidiaries and affiliates form any and all claims, liability, damages, cost (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of our website, or your breach of the terms and conditions.
