Return Policy

Local Buyers:
Return policy applies to products that are within 7 days time period upon receiving the goods. It will be based on the updates given to us by our courier

In the event your return is approved or qualified, the product(s) have to be return in an unused, unopened and in original packaging. We reserve the rights to reject the refund in the event we received back products that have been tempered with. 

Items only qualify for exchange/return/refund in the event of manufacturers’ defect, faulty products or products that are expired.

Damages arising from buyer’s negligence will not be qualified for exchanges or returns.

In the event a refund is qualified, it is only for the amount of the product. It does not include shipping fees or any other fees incurred.

International Buyers:
Prior to purchase, please check your own country's importing law to make sure that our items can be shipped into your country. In the event that anything happens (seized by customs) to the shipment enroute to your destination, we will not be liable for any losses.

No exchanges for international buyer due to the complicated process.

Do try to take a video when opening up your parcel especially if you ordered fragile products. This will help to facilitate the claiming process with the company in charge of shipping your goods. However, the outcome of the claim process cannot be guaranteed.
